Hey There

Living broken doesn’t mean you are still sick. Living broken means you live in grace toward others and yourself because Jesus is the only perfect one! You live in remembrance of what you went through and how you became healthy! You share your life with those who are broken and not yet thriving. You share and teach the skills you use manage the intense emotions and symptoms of Cptsd. You forgive those who hurt you and truthfully and sincerely desire God’s grace for their lives and sin like you want it for your life and sin.

All About Me

One thing you need to know about me; I LOVE Jesus! I love him more than life itself, more than my spouse, kids, family; even more than Star Wars! 

 

There is ONLY Jesus for me!

 

I survived long term, varied and severe: home violence, bullying by schoolmates, sexual trauma and spousal abuse because I made a decision to treat Trauma therapy like cancer treatment; as if my life depended on it. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy). DBT(Dialectical Behavior Therapy) faith in God through Jesus sacrifice and triumph and relationships with great mentors and friends to now thrive in a life worth living!

 

I tell you seriously that if I can thrive in brokenness SO CAN YOU!
